The recently launched Gopro LCD Bacpac will work out great if you use or want to use your Gopro camera swimming.  The Gopro Wrist mount currently allows you to swim/dive and tilt your camera on your wrist.  If you have done this or are planning to do so you will find that you get a lot of footage that is all over the place because it’s difficult to frame exactly what you are shooting at.  The camera does have a wide angle lens, so you do cover a lot of space, however now with the LCD you can see exactly where you are pointing at.  So if you see something amazing, you can stop and make sure that its front and center with the Gopro LCD Screen.  The LCD screen will make a huge difference on usability for divers.

The Gopro LCD BacPac is finally here.  It looks amazing and changes how you will use your Gopro HD Hero Camera.  The cost is only $79.99.  What you get is a detachable LCD Screen making it easy to view and playback your video.  It’s going to eliminate the use of my camcorder because now you can use the Gopro like an everyday camera.  It has all the standard features like forward, reverse, and includes an integrated speaker with volume control.  It’s also tiny so your Gopro Hero camera won’t grow on you.  The one thing I did not anticipate with the Gopro LCD Screen is that it comes with a waterproof backdoor housing case.  This is a must have Gopro accessory in my opinion.

Just got back from Skiing and I got a chance to see some kids in the half pipe filming with a Gopro camera.  I asked to see the footage when I some them in the chalet and the gopro footage was amazing.  I was impressed with footage from my own Gopro from the last 4 months, but its cool when you can capture some real tricks.  Yes I am admitting that I lack some winter sports skills, but I do have some great Car videos that I shot with my Gopro motorsports.

According to Techdeal blog on the new Gopro Accessories, Gopro Camera is launching all the new toys next month.  The Gopro Endurance Battery BacPac is probably going to be popular.  The battery is not bad on the Gopro Cameras, but I find that it does not last a whole day.  An extended battery for my gopro camera will be very useful.   I think it will be more exciting then the full Gopro 3D kit.  Although the Gopro 3D kit is cool, I don’t want to have to purchase a second camera.  Well its not that I don’t want to purchase a second camera, it’s just a little pricey right now.  I actually have a Gopro HD Hero 960 and a Gopro HD Hero.  The Gopro HD Hero 960 shoots almost as well as my HD Hero camera, but it has no expansion ports.  If you don’t have a Gopro yet and are a limited budget, you will be happy with the Gopro HD Hero 960 in my opinion.   I am considering trying Easy CD Creator 2011 that has 3D software to convert some of my videos to 3D.  I know its not true HD video but its cheaper and I hear that its pretty decent.

Gopro Cameras is going to have a big month next month.  They are releasing all kinds of new goodies like the Gopro 3D Kit, Gopro Endurance Battery BacPac and the Gopro LCD BacPac HD.  I’ve written about the Gopro 3D kit in the past and it should be exciting, but will require the purchase of a second Gopro HD Camera.  The Gopro LCD Bacpac will be a must have in my opinion.  There’s no screen on the Gopro and now you can add one without having a computer handy.  The LCD Backpac will plug right into the bus connection on your Gopro HD Camera and you can add live viewing making it easier to frame shots and watch your videos that are stored on the device.  Gopro’s lineup is growing quickly.
