Gopro now has the Gopro Battery BacPac available for $49.99.  You can use the Battery Bacpac as a charger or as a spare battery.  It only works with the Gopro HD Hero 1080p cameras and not the Gopro SD camera or the Gopro HD Hero 960 since they don’t have the expansion bus.  What you can do if you have a Gopro SD Hero or Gopro HD Hero 960 is use the battery bacpac to charge your camera battery via USB plug in.  This still makes it very usefull.  For the 1080p Gopro HD Hero users you can plug it into the expansion port put on the back covering that comes with it and go shoot twice as much video as before.  Get it, along with the Gopro LCD screen that I think is a must have for Gopro owners at Gopro Accessories.

Accessories  Gopro’s LCD BacPac  is a must have.  I think I’ve mentioned it a few times, but now that I’ve seen it, used it and read what other people are saying about it, I think Gopro should bundle it with the Gopro HD Hero Camera.  What I have not heard about lately is the Gopro 3D-kit that I thought was also set to launch.  I hope it comes soon because I really would like to see how well it works.  It’s all in the Sync between the two cameras and it would be quite the accomplishment for Gopro to get this done well.  Maybe in the future Gopro will run a Gopro promo for a bundle deal that will have include the Gopro HD Camera and LCD screen.  I understand that the LCD screen came after the camera launch and provides options to gopro users but you got have the Gopro LCD screen!!
