Upgrade your desktop or laptop memory to optimize your performance. A memory upgrade over the stock memory will make a big difference in computer performance and the cost of memory is extremely reasonable these days. The confusing part is finding the right memory and having it compatible. I’ve found a lot of retailers list generic memory and they don’t really know if its truly 100% compatible, which is why I like to recommend a quality brand like Kingston that has been verified to be 100% compatible. I was recently sent to 4AllMemory from a computer supplier friend of mine. Its a great site and you simply put in the model of your computer and it spits out the compatible memory available for your computer. Whats even better, was I punched in my Asus Motherboard model and it also gave me the compatible memory. No messing around, they appear to list hundreds of manufacturers. This not just for computer, its pretty much anything that can take memory like digital cameras!! Prices are great, and they also carry other computer upgrades and hard drives. I also got a 4Gb flash drive for $12.99 with Free shipping. Check out the memory coupons at savings headquarters.
Brewing your own beer is fun and there’s nothing more rewarding then drinking your own beer. Its actually quite good and a lot cheaper then the beer store. You can get a beer brewing kit from Mr. Beer that start at 39.99. The Beer kit includes everything you’ll need to brew your own beer, including a 2 gallon brew keg fermentor, brew pack and 8 plastic one litre bottles. I was a little confused at first because a case of beer is about 2 gallons and cost less then $39.99, but once you have the kit, the refill brew packs start at $12.95 for 2 gallons of beer. Mr. Beer offers over 20 types of beer that you can brew, which is pretty cool. If you enjoy beer its a lot of fun to brew your own beer for your home bar and its cheaper. If your really into beer, you should also take a look at Kegworks. I’m pretty sure my father will be receiving a Fathers Day gift from Kegworks. Kegworks sells bar accessories, bar furnishings, and draft beer equipment. They also sell the Mr. Beer home brew kit, but its more expensive, so buy it direct from Mr.Beer. Happy Drinking, and drink responsibly.
Shoeboxed Receipts is the biggest time saver I have ever used. Its great for small businesses and business travelers. I the cheapest and most useful services I have ever used. Shoeboxed scans in your receipts and business cards, making them available to you online. You simply send in your receipts and business cards and then scan them in for you. Once they are scanned in you can access them online. Never lose a receipt again, never have a receipt fade so much that you can’t read it when it comes to the end of the year, and you will always have a digital copy. Its IRS accepted, and you can send your receipts to Quickbooks, Excel, PDF, Quicken, Freshbooks, Outright.com and Evernote. The business cards can be sent to your contact manager such as Outlook. Really have to think about this service. I save so much time not having to go through my receipts and I never lose any, I just mail them in once a month. When its tax time I send the file to my accountant. My contact Manager is organized!! If you think its cheaper to do it yourself, your wrong. I’ve been trying for years. I have a Cardscan Scanner and a receipt scanner. Total cost for equipment alone was probably around $400 bucks. Trying to stay on top of it and doing has taken hours and never gets done! Shoeboxed pricing ranges from $10 - $50 per month. Think about it, how much would you pay your secretary in hourly wages to sort through your receipts and business cards?? It would probably take a secretary or assistant at least a day to do a months scanning and organizing. I’m pretty sure its illegal to pay your secretary or assistant $10-$50 for a full days work. Shoeboxed $9.95 plan gives you 50 items per month, and 250 receipts and Business cards to catch up on a yearly plan. Shoeboxed $19.95 plan gets you 150 items per month, 500 catch up and includes free postage. The $50 plan includes 500 items per month, and 1000 catch up and free postage. All plans include free uploading, but why bother its easier to send it in. Check out the Shoeboxed coupons and Shoeboxed offers at savingsheadquarters.com. You can’t go wrong with this service. I have friends that use it for business cards alone.
Direct2Drive video games is powered by IGN entertainment games and offers you instant download of the latest PC games. Its great no waiting, no going to the store, just download and play. For all the hardcore video gamers D2D is similar to Steam. Direct2Drive has pretty much equaled Steam in the number of games available. I like Direct2Drive better because it doesn’t have the Steam software install, and required login to play the games. Direct2Drive is completely standalone after game download. Check out Direct2Drive, they are having some great 50% off deals. Currently get 50% of 2K games and Civilization IV is only $9.95. Also Bioshock is only $9.95 at Direct2Drive. Bookmark the Direct2Drive Video Game coupons page, and keep track of new deals and pre-order upcoming game releases.
